Lions Den Academy
Founded in 1997 the Lions Den Academy has become one of N.S.W leading Boxing, Kickboxing,Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and MMA/Wrestling schools. Trainers here have trained and fought in these discplines at top level both here and abroad and are recognised by N.S.W sport and recreation with levels 1 coaching accreditation and, First Aid certified.
Our facilities include a boxing ring, speed ball, floor to ceiling ball, punching bags, olympic weights, matted wrestling area and exercise bikes. We sell great value training equipment and clothing.
We are not your usual martial arts dojo, we are experts who can offer thorough technical expertise to all level of students, from beginner to professional. Our programs are designed for fun, weight loss, skill and strength gains, self defence, and all ages male and female. It will change your life!
